By using Jail Crush you agree to these terms. This is a sample first-version policy for a demonstration build and is not legal advice.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, browse profiles or submit a listing. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. What Jail Crush is
Jail Crush is a directory of personal advertisements for incarcerated adults, together with links to official government inmate record searches. Jail Crush does not transmit messages between visitors and incarcerated individuals, and does not host chat, forums or visitor-to-visitor interaction.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Visitor accounts are private: there is no public visitor profile. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
4. Profile submissions
Anyone submitting a profile certifies that they are the incarcerated person or an authorized family member, friend, advocate or profile manager with that person's permission to publish the listing, and that the information provided is accurate. Submissions are reviewed before publication and may be edited, rejected or removed at our discretion.
5. Prohibited conduct
Do not solicit or send money on behalf of listings you do not control, impersonate another person, publish sexually explicit or unlawful content, harass anyone, scrape the directory, or use Jail Crush to circumvent an institution's communication rules.
6. No verification guarantee
Jail Crush surfaces official lookup resources but does not independently verify every fact in every listing. Government records may be incomplete, delayed or subject to change.
7. Limitation of liability
Jail Crush is provided on an as-is basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the directory or from correspondence you choose to initiate.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
